Shipping costs
Flourish Gift and Home ships within Australia. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15 Australia wide. All online orders over $200 will receive free shipping.

Shipping details
All orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched same day where possible. If an order is placed on a weekend or a public holiday, the order will be dispatched next working business day where possible. Please note there can be delivery delays surrounding public holidays. We work hard to ensure we get all orders out on the same day where possible, however during extremely busy periods handling time may be extended. If you would like an update on your order status, please get in touch with us and we would be happy to help. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a sms and e-mail with tracking details for your convenience. This allows you to monitor and keep track of your parcel on its entire journey to you. If you do not receive an email, please contact us immediately at sales@flourishgiftandhome.com.au.

All orders can be expected to arrive within 3-8 business days from the date of shipment for metropolitan areas, however, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for all locations outside of metropolitan areas. Please note, we cannot deliver to Australian post boxes or parcel lockers. If you are providing a business address for delivery, please also specify the business name.

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed; however, our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately at sales@flourishgiftandhome.com.au. If your order has already been shipped, Flourish Gift and Home accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

Item availability
As stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. on the rare occasion that a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by phone or email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

Returns policy & process
Flourish Gift and Home offers the opportunity to return all full priced item/s purchased online for an exchange or refund within 14 days from purchased date.
To be eligible for a return, please read the below terms carefully.
You may exchange or receive a refund for your Flourish Gift and Home online item/s provided you meet the below terms;

  • item/s returned must be in new, unworn and unused condition with original packaging and tags attached.
  • item/s must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Returns must include the original receipt; we require proof of purchase for all returns.
  • Exchanges outside of the 14 days will not be accepted.
  • Sale or seasonal item/s will not be accepted for return.
  • Any item/s returned outside of our 14-day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn, used or damaged in any way, will not be accepted for return.

Flourish Gift and Home reserves the right to deny a refund if the item/s do not comply with the above stated terms and will return the item/s back to sender. Please note shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.
If you would like to return your item/s, please email us at sales@flourishgiftandhome.com.au and you will be emailed detailed instructions on returning your item/s.

Once you have received return authorisation via email, the item/s must be sent back within 5 days to be eligible for a return.
once the item/s have been received and undergone a quality check to ensure the item/s are in their original condition, meet our specified return guidelines and have all original tags attached, a refund will be issued. The purchase amount of the item/s being returned, less postage, will be processed. An email confirmation will be provided.

Please be aware, that in the event you wish to return your item/s, the responsibility falls on the customer to pay the appropriate postage / delivery charges to ensure the item/s are returned back to Flourish Gift and Home safely. Please take special care with packaging and returning the item/s to ensure it is returned in its original condition. We recommend that you use registered post as Flourish Gift and Home do not take responsibility for the loss of item/s being returned and this may result in us being unable to process your refund or exchange. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
All refunds are credited onto the original form of payment. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This varies between card issuers and unfortunately, we have no influence on this. The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges. If you have used a gift voucher, you will be issued with a store credit which is valid for 3 months, this is redeemable at any Flourish store and on our online store.

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability once your item/s arrive back to our premises. Exchanges can be made for item/s of the same value of your original purchase, excluding any shipping costs.

Sale items
Please choose carefully as sale purchases are final and cannot be returned.
Manufacturing faults
If you have unfortunately received an item/s with a defect, please contact us immediately at sales@flourishgiftandhome.com.au and we will work with you to resolve the issue and find a solution. Please provide us with a brief description and upload an image or two showing the defect/fault.

The Flourish team will need to assess all item/s for faults. In the event a fault is established we will repair or replace the item/s or issue a full refund. Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Please note that item/s that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect usage are not considered to be faulty.

Handmade disclaimer
Flourish Gift and Home are proud to be able to source products that have been individually handcrafted. Therefore, it is very rare for any of these item/s to be identical. Every piece is a creation of the artist and based on their individual craft techniques. There may be natural blemishes and variations, but these are not product flaws. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products. Any sign of imperfections amongst these item/s should not be seen as flaws but rather a testament to the history and the heart of their craftsmanship. These item/s are truly unique and one-of-a-kind.

Colours
Flourish Gift and Home has made every effort to correctly display the colours of our products on our website. However, due to the fact that we use professional photography, as well as the variances between computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that your device will display a colour, which is completely accurate.

Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of issue and are able to be used at any Flourish store. (Unfortunately Gift vouchers are unable to be used on our online store at this time)
